LU Development delivers residential, apartment and hotel projects in selected locations across the Beskids. Each project runs through a dedicated special purpose vehicle, with its own budget, schedule and operational accountability.
Our role does not end with the building. We combine land preparation, financing, design, construction and sales — and, in selected projects, the operational management that follows.
In selected projects our role does not end when the unit is sold. We set up a professional operator model covering the sale of stays, guest service, upkeep of the property and settlement with owners.
Owners can use the property and earn rental income at the same time, without running the day-to-day operation themselves.
